Monthly Prayer & Fasting
"Prayer is Power". Prayer is the intimate relationship with God. To pray is to place ourselves at God's disposal, so that He may do with us what He wanted to do from the beginning of time. We are strengthen & nourished by Him who is the source of all our power & courage to meet the people with the word of God. On 5th October all the staff have gathered together to celebrate monthly Prayer & Fasting day. We spend our time in worshiping, praying, meditating the Word of God & listening messages from the Scripture. We thank God for providing more & more new disciples who joins us in this time of focused prayer.
Quranical Training in the light of the Bible
There are countless Muslim who only study by heart the Arabic Quran but does not know the real meaning of it with their mother language. So our goal is to study the Quran with local language & make them realize the truth about Christ which is written in the Quran.We pray & believe that if they come to know the truth about Christ that is in Quran they will come back to Christ one day. So to make us efficient & experienced our city leader has arranged a Quranical Training for all the staff on 29th October. Participants were 17 staffs, two pastors, 5 lay faithful and 24 college & University students. We thank God for this opportunity.
Small Group Meeting
We had excellent times of evangelism with the businessmen &
professionals in our small group meeting. We have found it as an
effective way to present the Gospel to them. So 0n 17th September we
had the chance to sit with our small group members to have Bible
discussion & fellowship.
Family Building Training
Family Building Training was held on 23rd September in the Chittagong Campus hall with 30 Muslim family. They have participated from different area of the city. The program was combined with different sessions. Training, open discussion, games, cultural activities & prize distribution. They were trained how to build a ideal family & what is the duty of the parents towards their children. The program was very enjoyable one.
D-12 Group
Its an effective way to develop our disciples spiritually through D-12 group. We try to discover, who is Christ, what is God's plan for our life, how we can share Christ more effectively with non believing friends by using study guide book, to study Bible & discuses together with disciples. It makes credibility to disciples & the young group of the Churches. Also through the program we want to transfer them the evangelism DNA so that the disciples can carry the word of God in any time, any place in every situation with their whole life.
God has given us an special privilege to have a Bible study group out side of our working area. There are 30 youth who join every Friday to study and to know more the Word of God. A God loving person has provided 15 Bibles for our group and we are praying to have rest of the Bibles and for the other needs of this group. There are 7 boys & 23 girls in it. We humbly thank God for this grace.

Training on abortion & rapport building with non believer
We are grateful to God for providing the opportunity to arrange this month also a training on 'Abortion.' This training was held in the Campus hall on 21st October from the morning till 4:00 pm. There are two main target of this program that is: first of all the participants will be benefited with the knowledge & awareness & secondly from that time onwards our work to build personal relationship starts with them. And then slowly we meet them regularly & lead them to Christ. We thank God for using us for this great service.
Spiritual inspirational Seminar
From 7th- 9th October there was a spiritual inspirational seminar in the Church compound. Participants were the God loving & fearing heart from different parts of the country, Pastors and the Church members. It helped all of us to renew & strengthen our spiritual life as well as the enthusiasm to love & spent more time with the Lord. We thank God for all these God loving souls.
Monthly Disciples Fellowship
We had the opportunity to hold Monthly Disciples Fellowship on 8th October in the Campus hall. For three hours our disciples and the new non-believer students join in this fellowship every time. We thank God that He brings new souls every month. They listened to the messages, discuss on religious views, enjoy games, Bible quiz, Bible short drill and evening snacks. Their presence & enthusiasm encourage everyone to come for the next time to join this program.
Month of November 2011
Family Visit
On 12th November myself with one staff of Christian Life Bangladesh visited a Hindu family who are preparing to receive Christ. They are four in Number in the family. Parents and two daughters. The father of the family is not yet convinced about Christ. We prayed together and had some light food. Please pray for this family so that God may speak to their hearts & show them His saving power.
Cricket Tournament
24th November we arranged a cricket Tournament for the college & University students. There were many outsiders from that nearby area to enjoy this special match. The purpose of this match was to establish relationship with the non believer students and get contact from them for further programs. We have 20 new contacts from them.
Ministry Partner Development Training
In order to develop our ministry partner there was a training for the staffs on 26th November. The training was for the whole day. The main target of the training was to collect new contacts & go to them to invite to become our mission partner.
Prayer meeting at home (Chittagong)
27th November was the day of thanksgiving for our family as we celebrated the second marriage ceremony. On that day we have invited some God fearing laymen for the prayer. We are grateful to God for his graces & constant company during this two years. We hoped to have some new members to involve for the social awareness program through this payer meeting.
Month of December 2011
Slum Visit
There is a large slum area out side of Chittagong city. On 9th December I with one Muslim converted brother went to visit this slum. They are deprived from daily food, light of education, clothing and many other basic needs of the life. I have the desire & plan in 2012 for their welfare specially for the children to help them to go to school and provide food for them. Please pray for this beautiful kids so that God may provide many generous persons to come to their aid.
Pre-Christmas Celebration - 2011
As usual this year too our Chittagong Team has arranged for Pre-Christmas program on 10th December. Combined with Muslims, Hindus and Christians students and other lay personnel. About four hundred people participated it this program. The program was designed with Christmas song , Christmas message, Christmas Carol, Games, Raffles draw, Christmas cake distribution etc. Then we have given small note book with calendar as a gift for 2012. It was enough for all of them. We praise & thank God for all His graces upon us.
City Christmas Carol
16th December is the Victory day for our country. So we have chosen this very day to evangelize throughout the Chittagong city about Christmas hiring a Truck and having Christmas carol. It was a program for four hours. Many people came to know about the birth of Jesus and Christianity. We pray to have many souls among them in hearts. Please remember them in your prayers.
Children Gathering
With children of our nearby houses we have taken the opportunity to gather together to have some prayer time, fun & Christmas cake distribution on 23th December .We enjoyed the time very much & prepared ourselves to welcome Jesus on 25th December.
Sharing Christ 0n 25th December
All glory to God ! He has provided a great opportunity for me on Christmas day to share the good News of Jesus to three of our Muslim brothers for the first time. It was a good time spent with them discussing Quran & Bible & at last convincing them about Jesus as the Savior of all mankind. They were happy to learn about Jesus ( Isa Mashi).Please pray for these three souls that they may have the grace to come to Jesus & have salvation.
Preparation for Students Conference 2012
After Christmas we had very busy time for three days preparing for students conference. We hold prayer time, meetings, practices , marketing, decoration etc. for the conference. It was a time to be together, to plan & work together and over all enjoying together the work of the Lord. Dear Brothers & Sisters we are going to inform you in details about the Student Conference in next volume.

Students Conference in Shimulia, Jessore
Student Conference 2012 isfilled with God’s grace
On 1st January 2012 a student conference was organized in Shimulia Church compound, Jessore, Bangladeshby Francis Biplob Biswas, staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. Participants were the college & University students 300 in number. The goal of the conference was to make known to them the responsibility as Christian on the theme “Go and make disciples of all the nations” (Matt28:18-20). Being the first conference of that locality it benefited the participants personally & spiritually in a unique way.
Because of insufficient finance we had to bring the conference in a day. But still we could managed three (3) messages, Bible quiz, Bible short drill, different games, Christmas carol competition, prize distribution & cultural entertainment. God has provided for all the participants three times food in a sufficient way.
It is God’s grace that 45 souls accepted Jesus as their personal Savior & Lord and 4 Muslim brothers came to know Christ for the first time.There was time for healing. It was a special moment for each participant to experience God’s grace & peace. The session was led by Pastor John Sarker.
150 students asked for Bible for their family and have frankly confessed that many of them are not having any Bible at home. The participants proposed to have this student conference every year for two or three days.Thanks be to God! He has spoken to their hearts.
We gratefully stand before God & to you all to sayTHANK YOU SO MUCH who are constantly at our side with your prayer & financial support for our ministry activities. We request you to continue to pray for us & for the kingdom of God in Bangladesh.

Disciples Fellowship
14th January was the day for the disciples to gather together for their monthly fellowship with their new Muslim & Hindu friends on the Campus Hall. The program has started at 3 pm up-to 5pm. There was introducing part of the new comer and then having message, Bible quiz, Bible short drill, games and having tea together during which every one came to know each one and it is the beginning of every communication. We are very glad to have 12 new friends this month who are from Muslim & Hindu back ground. They are very social and polite to be introduced with us all. We gratefully thank God that we could give them message through our words and actions.
Visit to Khagrachory
We are grateful to God for giving us the great opportunity tovisit some of God's children in a hill track area on 21st January. It is 150 KMaway from the main city. There God has provided ample of opportunity to meetand know their real situation. They are Buddhist & most of them areilliterate, some are unable to speak Bengali and some are very restricted notallowed to take a photo even. But they have a great desire to knowabout Jesus. We have distributed some Bible and assured them to remember themin our prayer and meet them again in God's time. We left the place with thehope to gain them for Christ one day. Thank you all for accompanying us withyour prayer throughout our journey!
Fellowship with Muslim brothers & sisters
All glory toGod! He has given us the opportunity on 27th January to hold a fellowship with12 Muslim brothers & sisters. There were ample of time of prayer, sharing,open discussions about Bible and Quran. Participants were open and positive insharing. We built a good personal relationship with them. Please keep them inyour prayer so that God may speak to their hearts.
